1. What CARPHOTO does
CARPHOTO is an image processing service. You send photos of vehicles and the platform returns versions with the background replaced, light and colour corrected, and the watermark you configured applied.
The service does not alter the geometry of the vehicle, does not remove damage, and does not add items that are absent from the original photo.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for whatever happens under your account. The plan allows up to two users; sharing the same password with more people is not permitted.
We may suspend an account processing illegal content or attempting to bypass plan limits. We notify you by email first, except where there is immediate risk.
3. Your photos are yours
You keep every right to the photos you upload and to the processed versions. We do not use your images in marketing material without asking first, in writing.
Photos are stored while the account is active and for 30 days after cancellation. You can delete any photo at any time from the dashboard.
4. Subscription and credits
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. It includes 10 photos per month, which do not roll over.
Photos beyond the included amount are bought as credits at $1 each. Purchased credits do not expire while the subscription stays active.
You can pause or cancel at any time from the dashboard, with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
5. Limits and warranties
We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted uptime. The real history is public on the status page.
If a photo fails during processing, the credit is not consumed. If you do not like the result, you can reprocess at no additional cost.
